The Scan Jobs Log displays the
Group
,
Template
,
Agent
, and
Status
for each
scan job.
Viewing the Scan Message Log
To view the list of system messages for scan jobs:

On the Scan Jobs page, click
Message Log
.
2 To sort the list of messages in a particular order, click the appropriate
table heading.
3 Scroll down the list to locate the messages.
Deleting Scan Jobs
You can cancel any job that is in the Current Jobs queue by deleting it.

On the Current Job s page, check the box next to the scan job that
you want to delete or click the
Check All
heading to select all jobs.
2 Click
Delete
.
3 Click
OK
to confirm the deletion process. The scan job(s) are deleted
from the queue.
Working with Scan Templates
You can access the scan templates and template groups through the Scan
tab in TopAccess. For a complete description of the scan templates and
template groups, refer to the Scan Operator’s Guide .
Downloading Scan Files
You can download scan files that were stored on the controller as
electronic files from within TopAccess.

On the Scan tab, click the
Download Scan Files
link to open the
Download Scan Files page.
2 Click the plus sign (+) to the left of the directory name to open the
directory and view its contents.
3 Navigate to the directory or subdirectory that contains the file you
want to download.
