2 To view the specific counters for your department, in the
Enter a
department code to access department counters
text box, type the five digit
department code for your department or enter the master department
code to display counters for all the departments.
3 Click
Enter
.
If you enter a correct department code, TopAccess displays the
counters for the department.
If you enter an invalid department code, TopAccess displays an error
message and prompts for the department code again.
Resetting Department and Job Counters
To reset the counters for a department or type of job:
1
Click the Counters tab.
2 Click the Copy/Print submenu to export copy or print counters or the
Scan submenu to export scan counts.
3 Type the master department code and click
Enter
.
4 Select the department by clicking the circle to the left of the
department name.
5 Click
Reset Counter
. The Reset Department Counter window opens.
6 Click
OK
to reset the counters or
Cancel
to terminate the process
without resetting the counters.
Exporting Counters
To save department or job type counters in a format that can be used for
reporting:
1
Click the Counters tab.
2 Click the Copy/Print submenu to export copy or print counters or the
Scan submenu to export scan counts.
3 Type the master department code and click
Enter
.
4 Select the department that you want to export the counters for by
clicking the circle to the left of the department name.
5 Click
Export
.
6 Select the delimiter from the drop-down menu.
7 Check the box to include field names in the exported file.
