本节讲述了门联锁功能的概要以及门联锁功能存在的潜在危险。
This section describes the outline of the door interlock function
and the potential hazards which exist in the door interlock
function.
本机床开发了门联锁功能，以确保操作员在机床操作过程中的
安全。
The door interlock function is developed to ensure the
operator's safety during machine operation.
启动机床操作前，确保门联锁功能有效。如果门联锁功能设为
有效，会响应关闭或开启机床门来启用或禁用机床操作。机床
门打开或正在打开时，禁止主轴旋转、轴进给、其他手动操作
和所有自动操作（包括
ATC
和
APC
操作）。
Before starting the machine operation, make sure that the door
interlock function is valid. When the door interlock function is
made valid, machine operation is enabled or disabled in
response to the closing or opening of the machine door.
Spindle rotation, axis feed and other manual and all automatic
operations (including the ATC and APC operations) are
inhibited when and while the door is opened.
尽管可能会不可避免地解除门联锁功能，操作员也必须清楚，
如果在门开启时执行期望的操作，则会有潜在危险，将导致严
重伤害或死亡。为此，解除门联锁功能时，指示灯以红色闪烁

Although it is possible to release the door interlock function
unavoidably, the operators must understand that there are
potential hazards, which will lead to serious injury or death, in
carrying out intended operation while the door is open. For this
purpose, the indicator blinks in red and the electronic buzzer
beeps while the door interlock function is released. This
indicator and buzzer indication is given until the door interlock
function is made valid again. The operators must understand
that there are various dangers when carrying out maintenance
or other operation while the door interlock function is released
and they must pay sufficient care under such conditions. After
completing the intended operation with the door interlock
function released, make the door interlock function valid.
Restart machine operation only after making sure that the door
interlock function is valid.

Machine users will machine a variety of workpiece
types, and will therefore use a variety of workpiece
holding fixtures and cutting tools. Cutting methods
and cutting conditions will also vary depending on the
user's own know-how and Mori Seiki cannot predict the
details of machining in all cases. It is, therefore, the
user's responsibility to determine the relevant factors
and ensure safe operation by avoiding dangers that
will otherwise occurring in machining.
