Clean the air filter (1) once a year.

23.4 Replacing Rolls

Rolls are subject to high mechanical stress in the packer drum. Therefore it is necessary to
replace them in case of increased wear (bearing play).
To do this:
• Turn packer manually until the roll to be replaced can be released through the opening (3)
by means of hexagon wrench.
• Loosen roll.
• Turn packer until the released roll can be removed from the opening (4).
• Remove roll from opening (4) and mount new roll in reverse order.
Tightening torques:
Big guide roller: Ø 72 (M24 x 1,5) = 220 Nm
Small guide roller: Ø 47 (M20 x 1,5) = 120 Nm
