10 – Error on the pressure limiting
valve
– The pressure sensor is defective.
• Switch off the PTO shaft.
• Check the pressure limiting valve
for blockage.
• Replace the pressure sensor.
11 – The PTO shaft is rotating when
entering sensor or actuator
diagnostics or during diagnostics.
• Switch off the PTO shaft
immediately.
• Perform diagnostics when the
PTO shaft is at a standstill.
12 – The blade bar is down during
baling.
• Raise the blade bar.
13 – The shear screw is torn. • Replace the shear screw.
• Check the needles.
• Check the swivel range of the
needles.
• Check the twine guide.
14 – The shear screw is torn.
15 – The total force of pressure on the
machine has been exceeded.
In manual mode:
• Reduce the target bale channel
flap pressure.
In automatic mode:
• If the alarm is actuated
frequently, reduce the target
force of pressure.
16 – The pick-up or the cutting unit is
not rotating.
– There is a blockage.
• Check the mechanical system.
• Remove the blockage.
17 – The knotter motor has not
actuated a knot.
– The "Knotter" sensor has been
incorrectly set.
• Check the electrical system of
the knotter motor.
• Check the mechanism in the
area of the knotter triggering.
• Correctly set the sensor.
