the output frequency of inverter rises to the setting value of FDT1 increasing threshold
(F9-12), the corresponding terminal will be on. If the output frequency of inverter drops and
the output frequency< the setting value of FDT1 decreasing threshold (F9-13), the
corresponding terminal will be off. See Figure 7-31-a and Figure 7-31-b.
