13-9. Einstellen des Synchronisators
The synchronizer uses a single element to detect the needle up
stop position . The needle down signal is fixed.
■
Checking method
1.
Turn on the power switch.
2.
Stop the machine with the needle in the needle down posi-
tion.
Check that the distance from the top of the needle plate to
the bottom edge of the needle set screw is 19 - 25 mm at
this time.
3.
After the thread is trimmed, stop the machine with the needle
in the needle up position.
4.
Check that the distance from the top of the needle plate to
the tip of the needle is within the value shown in the illustra-
tion in accordance with the machine model.

1.
Turn off the power switch.
2.
Loosen the screw

3.
Move the screw

in the direction of rotation of the ma-
chine pulley to raise the needle bar

to a higher stop po-
sition.
Move the screw in the other direction to lower the needle
bar stop position.
4.
Securely tighten the screw

NOTE: Do not turn the pulley while the screw
q
is loos-
ened, otherwise other parts may become damaged
as a result of the looseness.

Prüfung
1.
Schalten Sie den Netzschalter ein.
2.
Stoppen Sie die Nähmaschine mit abgesenkter Nadel.
K o n t r o l l i e r e n S i e , o b d e r A b s t a n d v o n d e r
Stichplattenoberseite zur unteren Kante der Nadelschraube
19 - 25 mm beträgt.
3.
Stoppen Sie nach dem Abschneiden des Fadens die
Nähmaschine mit angehobener Nadel.
4.
K o n t r o l l i e r e n S i e , o b d e r A b s t a n d v o n d e r
Stichplattenoberseite zur Nadelspitze dem in der Tabelle
aufgeführten Wert für das betreffende Nähmaschinenmodell
entspricht.

Einstellen der oberen Nadelstopposition
1.
Schalten Sie den Netzschalter aus.
2.
Lösen Sie die Schraube

3.
Bewegen Sie die Schraube
q
in die Drehrichtung der
Riemenscheibe, um eine höhere Stopposition der
Nadelstange

einzustellen.
Bewegen Sie die Schraube in die Gegenrichtung, um eine
tiefere Nadelstangen Stopposition einzustellen.
4.
Ziehen Sie die Schraube
q
fest.
HINWEIS: Drehen Sie die Riemenscheibe bei gelöster
Schraube

nicht, weil andere Teile beschädigt
werden können.
