The IPFIX export interval. This interval is the value at which
IPFIX data is exported in seconds from 10 to 3600.

The IPFIX template refresh interval. This value is in seconds
from 300 to 3600.

The IPFIX template refresh packet setting. This value is the
number of packets from 10000 - 100000.
