LCD KEYPAD ADJUSTMENTS 

The user can independently adjust the backlight level of the LCD Display and Keypad Buttons from Off to On and 16 steps 
between. 

 

LARGE – LANDSCAPE STYLE KEYPADS 

 
Adjusting the LCD Backlight 

To increase the Landscape Keypad 

LCD Backlight

, press and hold the 

<CONTROL>

 button followed within 2 seconds by 

the 

<ARM>

 button.  By holding down the 

<CONTROL>

 button and repeatedly pressing the 

<ARM>

 button, you can in-

crease the LCD Backlight level to the maximum. 

 
To reduce the Landscape Keypad

 button followed within 2 seconds by 

the 

<PANIC>

 button.  By holding down the 

<CONTROL>

 button and repeatedly pressing the 

<PANIC>

 button, you can 

decrease the LCD Backlight level until it is off. 

 
Adjusting the Button Backlight 

To increase the Landscape Keypad 

Button Backlight

 button.  By holding down the

 button and repeatedly pressing the

you can increase the Button Backlight level to the maximum.
