14.2 Error Messages and Corrective Actions
Error Messages
An error message may appear during operation. This section describes the meaning of each
message and the corrective action to be taken. Messages can be displayed in either Japanese or
English (refer to page 13-3). If the message indicates that maintenance service is required,
contact your nearest YOKOGAWA representative listed on the back cover of this manual.
In addition to the messages given below, there are also some other communications related error
messages (0 to 500). These messages are described in the Communication Interface User’s
Manual.
