Override
• If the Override checkbox is cleared, when the current media loaded in the tray does not match
the media information on the Tray Stock Properties window, a message appears.. Load the tray
with the same media that is indicated on the Tray Stock Properties window.
• If the check box is selected, when there is a media mismatch between the actual tray contents
and the information shown on the Tray Stock Properties window for that tray, a message never
appears.
Cancel
Select this option to close the Tray Stock Properties window without making any changes.
OK
Select this option to save any changes made and close the Tray Stock Properties window.
Accessing Tray Properties
1. Select a tray from the PredictPrint Media Manager main window.
The Tray Stock Properties window opens.
2. To close the Tray Stock Properties window, select either
OK
or
Cancel
.
The PredictPrint Media Manager main window appears.
Alignment Profile Library
The Alignment Profile Library is populated with all the saved alignment profiles for the system. A user
can select a desired profile to use at point of need.
The Alignment Profile Library can be accessed from
Tray Properties
and from
Advanced Stock Setup
.
Note:
Alignment profiles cannot be created or edited from the library. To create or edit profiles,
from the PredictPrint Media Manager main window, select
Profiles > Alignment Profile
.
Matching the Tray and Stock Information
Important:
To ensure maximum productivity and successful job completion, always verify that
the Tray Properties information on the PredictPrint Media Manager application on the print
server matches the actual stock or media that is loaded in the tray being used for the print job.
Before running a print job, check for any of the following conditions:
• Modifications were made to the Stock Library, such as:
–
Adding a stock
–
Copying a stock
–
Creating a new stock
–
Editing an existing stock
• Stock or media was loaded into the selected tray for the print job
