Close the Find: File All window. You return to Windows
Explorer.

Go to the C:\ root drive in the Windows Explorer window.

Locate and highlight AdobePS4 directory if it is listed; then,
press the Delete key and go to step 8. If the directory is not
listed, go to step 6.

Locate and open the Windows\Start Menu folder in the
Windows Explorer window. Highlight the AdobePS4 directory
if it is listed; then, press the Delete key and go to step 8. If the
directory is not listed, go to step 7.
7.
Go to the Windows desktop. Select Start: Settings: Printers.
Then, locate your XANTÉ printer, highlight the printer name
and press the Delete key to delete the printer from the list.
8.
Restart your computer and install the desired AdobePS driver.
See “Windows 95, 98, and NT 4.0 Drivers” later in this
chapter.
Deleting AdobePS 4.0 and Earlier
To delete AdobePS 4.0 and earlier versions of the driver
1.
Exit Windows and go to DOS.
2.
Delete the following files from both your Windows and
Windows: System directories.
Note:
Your configuration may not include all these files, but
you need to delete the ones that are there.
*.EBF
*.PPB
*.PPD
*.PFM (delete the *.PFM files only if you did not place them
here using the ATM control panel or a font
installation program)
ADOBEPS?.*
RUN_ENUM.*
