preg that has the outline of that part drawn on the panel at the factory. Carefully cut this
part once the cave of station 185 is outlined in the center of the cut of this part . use a fine
toothed saber or similar blade tool for this operation. The contour provided comes from
the wider side of the section so some cutting or sanding of the section may be needed to
fit it into the two halves of the fuselage. Cut the center section containing the bulkhead
185 and set it aside for the next step. Carefully install and remove the upper half of the
fuselage to assemble these components.
The front face of this cave is located on the station 126 . Remember that station 0
(reference) is the junction where the firewall is aligned. Reference the desired station in
terms of the reference station. Test cam adjustment in proper position, trim as required
for good joint between parts. Prepare both the cave surface and the inner surface of the
fuselage for gluing. Mark the position of the upper edge of the lower fuselage (Waterline
0.0) on the bulkhead as a reference. It will be glued to the fuselage at a later stage.

Cave of Station 185
The tail cone aft cavern is located in the station 185 . Which in turn is located on
the front of the horizontal stabilizer. The cave is cut from the pre-marked two-layer
prepreg panel ( inside the cave opening of the station 126 ). This cavern must be cut
carefully with a fine saw and positioned with the front face on the station 185 . This cavern
should be adjusted in position and sanded to provide a better fit.
