(Hexadecimal number)
*n : Base Plan number
EX.) Base frequency = 851.00625MHz, Spacing frequency = 6.25kHz
[BASE_FREQ_n] = (851.00625*10^6)/5 = A2510A2(H)
[SPACING_FREQ_n] = (6.25*10^3)/125= 32 (H)
Band Plan that has no data returns “0”.
When the system protect bit is ON, all the parameters will be send as a
reserve parameter in the Radio -> Controller command.
This command is only acceptable in Programming Mode.
