Tape cartridges are not shipped as part of the SL8500 Modular Library System 
and must be ordered separately. 

Notes:

-

The customer can use their existing cartridges as long as they are 
compatible with the supported tape drives and still within their warranty 
period. 

-

Professional Services and Data Center Services offer transition 
support and services to help migrate media and drives. 

-

Make sure that the customer orders the cartridge tape labels before 
the installation. 

-

Labels cannot be ordered separately from the cartridge tape.
