Playback Controls
Use the playback controls to control basic playback tasks such as playing,
pausing, rewinding, and fast forwarding.
Play/Pause
Toggles between playing and pausing the current track.
Next / Fast Forward
Jumps to the start of the next track in the music queue.
Touching and holding this button displays the track position slider while you
move forward through the current track.
Previous / Rewind
If you are more than 3 seconds into the track, this button jumps to the start
of the
current
track; if you are less than 3 seconds into the track, this
button jumps to the start of the
previous
track.
Touching and holding this button displays the track position slider while you
skip backward through the current track.
From the
Now Playing
screen, tapping anywhere on the album cover
displays the shuffle and repeat controls, as well as the track position slider.
Shuffle
. Plays the
tracks in the music
queue in a random
order
Repeat.
Repeats
the music queue
after the last track
has finished
Track position slider
. Tapping and holding the
position slider quickly moves backward or forward
through the current track.
