How to Perform a 1
-2 Plane with Prognosis Procedure
Perform a Correction Weight Run
•
Start the machine.
•
From the
Correction Weight
screen, press an Enter / Fire button to begin the
correction run. The Correction Run screen displays, showing the amount of
residual unbalance for both planes with the correction weight attached to plane A.

When You
Select to Proceed with a 1-Plane Prognosis.
•
Verify whether the amount of residual unbalance is within specifications for the
machine.
If the amount of residual imbalance is within specifications, you can end the balance job,
if not, you should proceed with a trim run.
To end the balance job:

From the Correction Run screen, after you have

correction weight screen (CW 2).

Repeat the correction weight / run procedures as described above.
