The parameters of this block include:

ON delay
- this parameter allows to set the time that must pass from the time of
exceeds Level value until the output switches from low to high state (see Fig. 7.90 ),
– OFF delay - this parameter allows the user to set the time that must pass from the
time of exceeds Level value until the output switches from high to low state
(see Fig. 7.90 ),

- the minimum duration of a high state (if the output switches to
