The way of configuring a logical channel ( Triggering source ) in the Hardware input
mode for the current input is shown in 7.8.11.1. Application of the Logical channel in the
Hardware input mode for the UI4 module (this is the way to configure the logical channel
2).

Task:
The task is to create a Profile/timer in logical channel 3, which will generate its profile
from the moment of turning on the device till turning it off. The profile consists of two sections:
1. const.value 1 within 0.2 second,
2. const.value 0 within 1.8 second,
