S1 = 4 Follow-up controller without local/remote switchover (Fig. 3/9)
This type of device is for use as a follow-up controller in a cascade or for remote setpoint control of
the SIPART DR20. In the case of a cascade control, the follow-up controller can only be separated
from the master controller by switching the latter to manual mode.
The controller obtains the remote setpoint in this mode via input x2, the local setpoint push buttons
on the front of the controller have no effect. The local/remote selector pushbutton 13 is also
ineffective and the green LED 14 does not light up. The device can be switched to manual mode
as before or switched to one of the functions BL, Si or N via the digital input and according to the
position of the configuring switch S15.
