The GBAS/SCAT-I message interpretation files comprise at least the following XML
files:

Burst.xml

: describes the basic structure of a message and is identical for all

messages; This is the basic (root) file for interpretation.

GbasMsgBlock.xml

: describes the LAAS message block; This file is referred to

by 

Burst.xml

 and can refer to further xml files.

: describes each message type in an individual file; These
