5-846-052 Restore All Addr Book Downloads all directory information from the SD
card.
5-846-053 Clear Backup Info Deletes the address book data from the SD card in
the service slot.
Deletes only the files that were uploaded from this
machine.
This feature does not work if the card is write-
protected.
• After you do this SP, go out of the SP mode,
and then turn the power off.
• Do not remove the SD card until the Power LED
stops flashing.
5-846-060 Search Option
This SP uses bit switches to set up the fuzzy search options for the UCS local address
book.
Bit: Meaning
0: Checks both upper/lower case characters
1: Japan Only
2: Japan Only
3: Japan Only
4 to 7: Not Used
5-846-062 Complexity Option 1
Use this SP to set the conditions for password entry to access the local address book.
Specifically, this SP limits the password entry to upper case and sets the length of the
password.

• This SP does not normally require adjustment.
• This SP is enabled only after the system administrator has set up a group
password policy to control access to the address book.
