6.6.2 Entering Virtual Flash Emulation Mode

To enter virtual flash emulation mode, set the Flash Control Register 1 (FCNT1) FEMMOD bit by writing "1".

After entering virtual flash emulation mode, set the Virtual Flash S Bank Register MODENS bit to "1" to enable

the Virtual Flash Emulation Function.

Even during virtual flash emulation mode, the internal RAM area (H’0080 8000 through H’0080 FFFF) can be

accessed the same way as in usual internal RAM.
