Precautions for the security function

Settings related to security, such as the passwords you set yourself, cannot be canceled by your

technical support office, or anyone else at Panasonic. Be sure not to forget settings such as passwords.
To prepare for unexpected problems or trouble, such as not being able to start up the computer or a virus

infection after accessing the Internet, we recommend that you back up your valuable data and store it in a
safe place.
Panasonic takes no responsibility whatsoever for damage caused by problems such as information leaks

measures according to your environment and usage. The more steps you take the higher the safety level.
From the “Basic,” “Practical,” and “Advanced” security measures, set the combination that you require.

You will not set a high safety level just by encrypting data as described in “Advanced.” Be sure to combine

this setting with the “Basic” and “Practical” security functions.
