Types of Data Communication with Each PT Model
There are two methods for data communication, as follows:

Data communication in file units executed using the “File Selection” screen
S
Data communication in screen units executed using the “Screen Selection”
screen.
Whether or not data communication in file units or screen units can be used is
shown in the table below for each PT model.

Procedure for Data Communication
Use the following procedure to make preparations at the PT and support tool sides
and execute data communication.
Return to “Run Mode”

Connect to the support tool
<Procedure at the support tool side>
Display the system menu
Select “Transmit Mode”
Connect to the PT
Execute the transmit or receive function
Transmission or reception
