Setting Touch Switches

The touch switch control keys have the following functions:
Key Number Function
0 to 9, A to F 231 to 246 Used to input numerical values
CLR 247 Clears input numerical values and character-strings

248 Assigns the opposite sign to input numerical values
. 249 Used to input a decimal point
HOME 250 Used to move to the input field at the top left of the screen
251 Used to move to the next input field up (Y direction)
252 Used to move to the next input field down (Y direction)
253 Used to move to the input field to the left (X direction)
254 Used to move to the input field to the right (X direction)
255 system key (confirms character input without shifting to another
input field)

system key (stops the buzzer)
, 257, 258 and system keys (screen switching of continuous screens, shift-
ing to input fields in the order in which they were registered with the
support tool)

CA − Used to cancel input (Cancel)
BS − Deletes the numeral or character immediately preceding the input
cursor
DEL − Deletes the numeral or character at the input cursor location

the next input field)

Copy Setting: When a touch switch is pressed, the contents of a
memory table, or a code, are copied to the input field
(cursor position) for a memory table or numeral/charac-
ter-string setting. This function is only available when
using an NT30, NT30C, NT612G, or NT610C with Ver.3
or a later version of the direct connection function.
