Solution to connection failure:
Step 1
Rescan the robot's IP address; If the IP address of
the robot can be scanned, try to reconnect to the robot; If
the IP address of the robot cannot be scanned, check
whether the network cable between the host computer
and the robot is connected normally, or whether the
network port connected to the robot is correct, and the
network port connected to the robot by the network
cable is a LAN port.
Step 2
If the robot can be scanned in Step 1 but the
connection fails, check whether the IP addresses of the
host computer and the robot are in the same network
segment. Make sure that the IP addresses of the host
computer and the robot are in the same network
segment.
Step 3
Execute system search and run cmd as shown in the
figure:
