Troubleshooting the Portal Administrator 

Introduction

This section lists problems that can occur with the Portal Administrator. For 
each problem, it suggests possible solutions.

Cannot log on to the Administrator

If you cannot log on to the Administrator, verify that the database is running.

ODBC error

If you receive an ODBC error, wait a few minutes, and then perform the task 
again. This error appears when there is a delay in the database startup.
