4 Repeat steps 2 and 3 until you have added all of the keyword groups you
require.
Note: To create a new keyword group, refer to “To create a new keyword
group” on page 276.
5 Continue to the next procedure to add a From address to the new rule.
To add a From address
1 On the New Rule window, click the From Address tab.
Result: The following window appears:
2 If you know the exact address you want to use, type the address in the
Selected Address box. If you do not know the exact address you want to
use proceed with the next steps.
Note: The From address search only supports the “*” wildcard character.
The wildcard can be placed at the start or the end of the From address but
not in the middle (for example, support@nortelnetworks.* is supported).
The Rule Administrator does not support the following wildcard characters
in a From address:
+ - & | ! ( ) { } [ ] ^ " ~ : \ . If you use any of these
characters in the From address, you will receive an error message.
