12 When the InstallSheild Wizard Complete window appears,click Finish.
To modify permissions on the SWCPLog folder
1 Log on to the computer on which you installed the Portal Desktop with
Local Administrator privileges.
2 Open Windows Explorer, and then locate the ..\SWCPLog folder (created
during the installation).
3 Right-click the SWCPLog folder, and then click Properties.
4 Click the Security tab.
5 Select the agent or group.
6 Perform one of the following tasks:

Configuring agent access to Symposium Web Center Portal
To handle Symposium Web Center Portal-generated inquiries, agents must have
a compatible web browser installed on their workstations. After you install the
Symposium Web Center Portal software (including the Agent Interface
component), you use the Portal Desktop to log on to the Agent Workbook.
Before agents can log on to the Agent Interface server, you must create the agent
in Symposium Call Center Server. The password for the agent is initially the
same as the logon ID you created. For more information, refer to your
Symposium Call Center Server documentation.
To configure agent access to Symposium Web Center Portal, you must change
the ActiveX controls and plug-ins on the agent PCs.
