3 Double-click Auto Responses.
Result: The Auto-Responses window appears.
4 Select the auto-response to which you want to add an attachment.
5 Click Edit.
Result: The Edit Auto Response window appears.
6 Choose Insert

Attach files.
7 Browse to the file you want to attach, and then click Open.
Note: You can only add attachments from the designated outbound mail
folder. You cannot add attachments from sub-folders.
8 Click Save.
9 Exit the Auto-Responses window.
