To restart the SWCP Dynamic Transaction Handler service
1 From the Start menu, choose Programs
➝
Administrative Tools
➝
Services.
2 Right-click SWCP Dynamic Transaction Handler, and then click Stop.
3 Right-click Dynamic Transaction Handler, and then click Start.
The DTH is not retrieving transactions from the database
If the DTH is not configured correctly, it may not acquire transactions from the
database or attempt to place calls. The DTH depends on several other
components to function properly. Follow the instructions in this section to
ensure that these components are configured correctly.
Administrative datafill
!
The Administrative datafill for Symposium Web Center Portal must be
correct for the phone number and priority.
!
The phone number for each skillset must be a valid phone number, and
the phoneset must be where you can hear it ring (for testing).
!
The database must be active, and there must be valid transactions in the
database that are candidates for the DTH.
!
The status of the transaction must be 0 or 7.
!
The callback date and time of the transaction must be greater than or
equal to the current system date and time (plus 5 minutes).
!
TAPI must be functioning correctly.
To verify database data integrity and configuration
Follow this procedure to ensure that your skillsets are set up properly with a
CDN.
1 Open the Symposium Web Center Portal Administration window.
2 Click Skillsets to open the Skillsets window.
3 Check each skillset to ensure that each one has a CDN.
