Creating a default rule
Introduction
You must configure the General Rule Settings with a default rule before you can
use the Rule Administration to create any other rules.
To create a default rule
You must create a default rule to route any e-mails that do not match any other
rules in the system. You can assign an application and an auto-reply to the
default rule.
1 Log on to the Portal Administrator.
2 Click the plus sign (+) next to Symposium Web Center Portal.
3 Click the plus sign (+) next to Rule Configurator.
4 Double-click General Rule Settings.
