In the Rule Name box, type a unique, descriptive name for the rule you
want to create (maximum of 64 characters.)

In the Priority drop-down list, select a DTH priority for the rule that will be
assigned to the transaction.
Note:
The transactions assigned with the highest DTH priority are retrieved
from the database first. The highest priority is 1. The lowest priority is 5.
The default is 5. The transactions are retrieved from the database on the
basis of their DTH priority and then by transaction number.

If you want to enable the rule, check the Enabled checkbox. If you want to
disable the rule, clear the Enabled checkbox. (By default this box is
checked.)

You must now configure the To address for the new rule.
Note:
You only save a new rule after you assign it a skillset, a To address,
and any of the optional components you require.
To configure the To address for a new rule

On the New Rule window, click the To Address tab.
