Changing the default values for the Portal
Agent Interface
Introduction
This section explains how to change the default values for the Portal Agent
Interface. The file UserDef.vbs contains the following default values for the
Portal Agent Interface:
Note: By default, the automatic refresh feature is turned off. Nortel Networks
recommends that you do not use automatic refresh or that you use it sparingly.
Frequent refreshing uses system resources and can cause network congestion
and decrease server performance.
To change the default values
1 Navigate to the default directory (C:\Inetpub\wwwroot\Agent).
2 Open the UserDefs.vbs file with a text editor such as Notepad.
3 Change the values as required.
4 Save the file.
