2 Select a reply from the list provided, and then click Apply.
Result: The name of the reply appears in the text box at the bottom of the
window.
3 If you want to close the transaction after you send the auto-reply, check the
Close Transaction box. For more information about creating a new auto-
reply, refer to “To create an auto-response” on page 249.
Note: The Close Transaction function is an option for every rule and is not
related to the auto-reply function. You can configure a rule to close a
transaction without sending a reply (for example, spam mail).
4 Click Save.
