release the volume-down key, dial 234
(“CFG”), then release the volume-up key to
display configuration options.

Press the volume-down key until

CONTROLLER IP
is displayed. This is the
address of the phone’s current ICP.
4.
Press the volume-down key until
ICP1 IP
ADDRESS
is displayed. This is the address of
the phone’s primary ICP.
5.
Toggle the volume keys (press the volume-
down and then volume-up key, or vice-
versa) to display
ICP2IP ADDRESS <IP
ADDRESS>
. This is the IP address of the
phone’s secondary ICP. Verify that this IP
address is correct. If the phone does not
display an IP address for a secondary ICP,
use the
User and Services Configuration
form in the
System and Administration Tool
to
provision the device with a secondary ICP.
