5 Troubleshooting

5.1 Cannot access SDIDU™ using IP

(Web / Telnet / SSH)

Verify the IP Address or Hostname of SDIDU™

Determine if the terminal is up by pinging the SDIDU™

Check your PC’s Network Configuration

Check Cables

5.2 The web page resolution is improper

The pages are best viewed at resolutions of 1024x768 or greater

The pages are best viewed using Microsoft Internet Explorer Version 5.5
and above.

5.3 Unable to establish a secure

connection

Ensure that the HTTP Access in the Security Configuration of the system
is set to HTTP (SSL)
