SLA bandwidth parameters can be communicated from a L2 peer via the MDP
protocol and these may be used to override the local SLA values if required.
This feature is intended for the case of a point-to-multipoint configuration, where the
tester is connected to a high-speed trunk with one SLA, whilst the remote units have
a lower speed connection, with an SLA that reflects this.
14.2.6.1.3.3 Other Parameters
The remainder of the tester SLA menu shows the SLA parameters in the same
format as they appear within the Settings section.
The SLA definition cannot be altered from the tester menu.
