The local IP settings must be configured if the peer connection is via a C-VLAN that
has not already been configured for use by another performance monitoring session
or a SAM test channel.

AMP Setup
The TWAMP setup menu allows various options for the TWAMP protocol to be
specified. The default settings are should work correctly when a Metrodata unit is
acting as the reflector. When interworking with other vendors' reflectors these
parameters may need adjusting to be compatible.
