LAN/RJ45 ports support auto switching technology whereby the port will
automatically detect whether it should be MDI or MDIX and will configure itself
accordingly. With auto switching ports, only straight patch cables are required.
The options are:

The cable test menu enables a TDR check of the cabling attached to this port.
When two 1000BaseT interfaces are correctly connected, the test results are as
shown below:
