Calibrating Swath Compressor Sensor
The swath compressor
’
s sensor can be calibrated by accessing the cab display module
’
s (CDM) WINDROWER SETUP menu.
The calibration procedure must be completed for the sensor to be correctly calibrated. This procedure applies only to
windrowers equipped with a swath compressor.

1.
Turn the ignition key to the RUN position, or start the
engine.
2.
Press PROGRAM (A) and SELECT (B) simultaneously on the
cab display module (CDM) to enter programming mode.
•
WINDROWER SETUP? will appear on the upper line.
3.
Press SELECT (B) until CALIBRATE SENSORS? appears on the
upper line.
•
NO/YES will appear on the lower line.

4.
Press right arrow (A) to select YES. Press SELECT (B).
•
TO CALIBRATE SELECT will appear on the upper line.
5.
Press right arrow (A) to scroll through the choices until
SWATH COMPR HT appears on the lower line. Press
SELECT (B).
•
SWATH SENSOR CAL will appear on the upper line.
•
SWATH UP TO START will appear on the lower line.

6.
Press and hold button (B) to raise the swath compressor.
•
CALIBRATING SWATH will appear on the upper line.
•
The messages FORM UP and HOLD (this message will
flash) will appear on the lower line and will remain until
the system has received a signal from the swath
compressor indicating that it has risen fully.
•
SWATH FORM UP DONE (accompanied by a buzzer
tone) will appear on the lower line when the process is
complete.
