Technical Support Center:
Turn off the printer by unplugging the power cord.
Open the printzone cover and clear any obstruction
on the carrier path. Turn on the printer. If the
problem remains, then replace the printer.

Cartridge Missing
Technical Support Center:
Be sure that the installed ink cartridges are
supported and genuine Lexmark cartridges. Open
the ink tank door, and check if the cartridges are
properly installed. Reinsert the cartridges. Turn off
the printer by unplugging the power cord. Wait for
10 seconds, and turn on the printer. If the problem
remains, then replace the printer.

Bring the printer up in Manufacturing mode. From
the home screen, touch

Shake the ink cartridges to check if they still
contain ink. Insert the cartridges, and POR the
printer. If error messages continue to appear, then
replace the cartridges. Be sure that the installed ink
cartridges are supported and genuine Lexmark
cartridges. Turn off the printer by unplugging the
power cord. Wait for 10 seconds, and turn on the
printer. If the problem remains, then replace the
printer.
