Midframe cover removal
Warning:
Do not interchange screws during reinstallation, as it may damage the machine. Always take note of
their original placement.
1.
Remove the power supply. See

2.
Remove the duplex unit. See

3.
Remove the rear cover. See

Remove the left cover. See

Remove the right cover. See

6.
Remove the control panel assembly. See

Remove the card reader. See

Remove the ADF/scanner assembly. See

9.
Disconnect the USB connectors (A), ADF motor cable connector (B), and the J22 FFC (C) from the system
board.
