YOU SHOULD CAREFULLY READ THE FOLLOWING TERMS AND CONDITIONS BEFORE

 Kyocera grants you a nonexclusive license to use the accompanying software program(s) 

(the “Software”) subject to the terms and restrictions set forth in this License Agreement. You are
