Tap the To Do Menu tab in the top left corner of the screen.

From the Record menu, tap
Purge...
A message asks you to confirm your choice and gives you the option of saving copies for
archiving on your computer during your next HotSync operation.

If you want to delete the item completely, uncheck the
Save archive copy on PC
box.

Tap

Sorting and Managing your To Do list
You can control which items appear in your To Do list and how they are arranged. For example,
you may not want to see items which have been completed or you might want to see due dates
for all current items.
To sort items by different criteria
You can sort To Do items according to Priority, Due Date and Category.
1. Tap to view the applications screen.
2. Tap to display the To Do List.
3. Tap
Show
.
4. Tap the next to Sort by and choose one of the four options:

Priority, Due Date
■
Due Date, Priority
■
Category, Priority
■
Category, Due Date
Each option lists two sorting categories. If, for example, you choose
Priority, Due Date,
then the
items are listed top to bottom from the highest priority to the lowest. If more than one item
have the same priority, then items are listed according to due date (the most current date
being higher in the list).
To manage items in the list
1. Tap to view the applications screen.
2. Tap to display the To Do List.
Tap Purge
