14. Check that there is a clearance between the spreading vanes and the outlet
by turning the spreading discs manually.
15. Fasten the calibration test chute and adjustment lever to their normal posi-
tions on the solid fertiliser broadcaster.
16. Reset the drop point to the determined spreading position.

12. Carefully position cap nut
(do not tilt).
13. Tighten the nut manually with
25 Nm (hand-tight). Do not
use the adjustment lever.

NOTICE
The cap nuts have an internal catching mechanism that prevents them from
coming loose. It should be heard while tightening the nut. If not, the cap nut is
worn and must be replaced.
NOTICE
Check with full hopper if the preset mounting height is correct.

Take the mounting height setting values from the calibration chart.

The preset mounting height should not exceed the maximum allowed
mounting height.

