Completely close booms cylinders till the end of the stroke and
verify by INPUT menu that microswitches for outriggers on the
ground are all OFF on both lines. If present verify also INPUT for
booms cylinders opening position that should be “0”, than try again
to move the jib.
YES

Could jib be moved with machine stabilized according to the
weight limits?
NO

Verify if jib joystick is working properly by the JOYSTICK
MENU and verify that jib controls lever on the valveblock is
not activated.
C) Auto-stabilization system is not working fine
Check if auto-stabilization procedure start correctly while outriggers are
not touching the ground, if not, does the alignment icon appear on the
display?
NO

Make sure photocells and reflector are clean and their
calibrated is fine, booms are completely closed and yellow
arrows on the turntable are aligned. Check photocell status by
INPUT MENU. If even with an external reflector placed in front
of the photocells it will not get both photocell INPUT “ON”
replace the photocell

Verify that ground inclination is not over the machine limits,
eventually check on INPUT MENU voices “INCLIN X” and
“INCLIN Y” and if they are not correct recalibrate the
inclinometers.
Try manual stabilize by remote control (outriggers moved one
at a time) on all the outriggers to be sure ON-OFF valves are
all fed. If only one side outriggers (left ones or right ones) are
moving verify if it depends on deviator valve.
If with auto-stabilization procedure machine could not be lifted from the
ground, does engine increase rpm at max speed when all of the outrigger
are touching the ground?
NO

Check outrigger the ground microswitches INPUT, they should
be all “ON” on both lines
YES

If it makes the same even with engine warmed up check both
sides valveblocks pressures that have to be according to use
and maintenance
manual. If that’s correct try to stabilize with
both proportional valves completely closed. Does machine be
lifted machine from the ground?
YES

Current setting must be review, in particular “STAB
DOWN- SW”.
NO

Try stabilization with electric motor making sure that the
cable is according to the use and maintenance manual
indication. Does machine be lifted from the ground?
YES

Check air engine filter that have to be clean to
avoid loss of power.
