In case of one photocell loses the contact while driving it could
depend on a bad reflector/photocell alignment or on telescope
registers that are loosen.
E) “STOP” icon on the display
If remote control connected at the ground check the basket cable
jumper.
Check that all the emergency stop red buttons are released.

by INPUT menu are all of their relevant values signed as “ON”?


Check the button switches/wires/connections.
Check the 12 Volt arriving to load cell board as indicated on wiring
diagram.

With software RamHino it could be find also an eventual
intermittent signal that still gives “ON” on INPUT MENU.
F) “CAN BUS?” on the display
Check lead battery charge level.
Check by CAN TIMEOUT page by ERROR menu.
Carry out diagnose using CAN BUS wiring diagram.
G) “SEN 3 FAIL” on the display
Check lead battery charge level, even if battery voltage could be high
enough, if battery has lost its capacity it could cause “SEN 3 FAIL”,
especially after engine ignition.
Does “SEN 3 FAIL” appear only after an engine ignition and disappears
when machine switched OFF/ON?
YES

Charge or replace the lead battery
NO

Verify connector/wires of the third boom cylinder sensor
3) 12V BATTERY TROUBLESHOOTING (NOT FOR LITHIUM MACHINES)
Before to proceed with troubleshooting it must be considered that if a12
Volt battery went under a certain charge level it could not grant the capacity
even if after having recharged the voltage level seems to be fine, in this
case the battery must be replaced.
A) “SEN 3 FAIL” or others not congruent icons appearing on the
display
Check point 2G of the present troubleshooting.
B) Problems while machine it’s used with electric motor
Check that electric network voltage is proper and that cable length and
section are according use and maintenance manual indications,
maximum length of 10 meters (33 feet) with at least 3x4 mm2 section
for 110 V network or with at least 3x2,5 mm2 section for 220 Volt
network.
