Pedal: it’s an OPTIONAL that could be activated by the service menu, if
activated operator must press it to move the machine from the basket,
preventing unintentional movements. It works with two lines, one normally
opened (NO) and one normally closed (NC), when is pressed it sends the
signal to the ECM3.
8.
Remote control reed switch: inside the remote
control case there’s
a sensor
called reed switch, able to feel the presence of a magnet, that sensor signal
is transduced by the remote control board and communicates to the ECM1
through CAN BUS. Thanks to that sensor, coupled with the magnet installed
on the basket support, remote control feels its proper position on basket
support, this is the reason why it need to be properly installed and fixed to
avoid that machine movements make it losing the position.
9.
Emergency stop button on the remote
control: it’s a switch inside the
remote control that through ECM3 is connected to the ECM1 with a double
line. They are normally closed (NC) and they are closed when the red button
is released. When the remote control is connected to the ground optional
cable, its emergency stop button is directly connected to the ECM1 with a
double line (NC).
